Bill Copper, ACC

Bill is Director of the Hollifield Leadership Center – a premiere leadership development retreat center near Hickory, NC – and a founding partner of Coach Approach Ministries.

Bill spends his days coaching, training, and in dialogue with leaders in ministry, business, and the non-profit community…. oh, and occasionally playing golf.

Bill lives in western North Carolina with his wife, Chelo, and their three boys.


Jane Creswell, MCC

Jane Creswell, MCC, has felt called as a missionary to the business world since college. She became the founder of IBM Coaches’ Network and started Internal Impact to extend internal coaching to organizations globally. She is author of Christ-Centered Coaching: 7 Benefits for Ministry Leaders (2006, Chalice Press) and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Coaching for Excellence (Oct 2008, Alpha Books/Penguin). Jane is on the editorial board for the Journal of Christian Coaching.  She and her husband call West Lafayette, IN home; they have 2 adult sons.


Bob Dale

Bob, a lifelong “people detective” and “future finder,” coaches and writes in retirement.  From the perspective of his background as professor and executive, he has written two dozen books on leadership.  Bob, an ICF member, uses an organic approach in his coaching, helping clients cultivate their personal and professional growth.  He and Carrie live in Richmond, VA and are parents of two successful adult children.


Jerry Essary, ACC

Jerry Essary, ACC, is director and founder of Jerry Essary Coaching and serves as Director of the Center For Christian Coaching for the Executive Board Ministries of the Tennessee Baptist Convention. Jerry has been involved in coaching church leaders and teams as they work through change, transition, and transformation. Through coaching Jerry is determined to help others reach their God given potential. He has written The Evangelism Tackle Box:  Building Intentional Strategies for Evangelism and is a frequent contributor to The Baptist and Reflector, the state paper of the Tennessee Baptist Convention.  Jerry and his wife Nancy have two incredible children and live in Smyrna, Tennessee.


Chad Hall, PCC

Chad Hall, PCC, is a coach to executives, ministry leaders and persons serious about moving forward in life.

As a Global Consultant/Coach for SAS Institute, Inc. he works with leaders and teams at the world’s largest privately-held software company, helping them reach new heights of performance and effectiveness.  He also serves as a founding partner of Coach Approach Ministries, where he applies his passion for coaching to persons engaged in ministry and helps trains coaches.

Chad lives in Cary, NC with his wife Holly and their three young children.


Lisa Huddleston

Lisa is a lifelong learner who is called to act on the truths God reveals and to encourage others to do the same.  Passionate about discovering God-given strengths and building on them to do good works (Eph. 2:10), she is a veteran home school teacher, a freelance writer and editor, a personal coach for Next Steps, a coaching ministry of First Baptist Church Lebanon, TN, and an affiliate coach with Jerry Essary Coaching and the Tennessee Baptist Convention Christian Coaching Center.  Lisa, Chuck, their 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats live on a century farm in Wilson County where her favorite pastime is visiting with friends over a cup of strong, black coffee.


Linda Miller, MCC

Linda Miller, MCC, is a pioneer in the coaching profession, both in the Christian and business communities.  Serving The Ken Blanchard Companies as global liaison for coaching, Linda is known for her work in coach training, executive coaching and as an international speaker.  In addition to her book with Hall, she also recently co-authored Coaching in Organizations: Best Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies (2008, Wiley and Sons).  She and her husband live in Phoenix, AZ and have two adult daughters.


Barbara Wilber, ACC

Barbara’s mission is to help women claim the rich life God has promised and encourage them to acknowledge their passions, claim their gifting and give themselves permission to rock this world! She takes to heart Psalm 68:11 “The Lord gives the word and a great army brings the good news.” An army of women who are fiercely convinced of their vision and sold out to living it, is coming! Her current coaching focus is on Women’s Ministry Leaders – offering a coach approach to addressing their ministry challenges.

Barbara  has earned a degree in Youth Ministry/Psychology, an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She did her coach training at Western Seminary in Sacramento, California.

She is the founder of New Doors Life Coaching and Coach for More! TM individual and group coaching programs. She lives in Northern California with her husband, David and their 3 dogs.
